Worlds 2021: Van den Keybus 16th and Kuavita 20th in all-around final

On October 22nd, Luka Van den Keybus and Noah Kuavita both competed in the all-around final at the World Championships. It was the first tim two male belgian gymnasts qualified for this final! Luka got the best result ever for a male belgian gymnast by placing 16th. Noah was 20th.


Luka improved his qualification score by almost two tenths, scoring 81,265 points for a 16th place finish, the best result ever obtained by a male belgian gymnast at this level. He got his best result on vault, with a 14,533. Noah ended in 20th place after a stellar high bar routine and a stuck triple somersault dismount (14,266).

The title was won by China's sensation Zhang Boheng (87,981), ahead Olympic Champion Daiki Hashimoto (87,964) and Ukraine's Illia Kovtun (84,899).
