2022 World Championships: 20th place for Luka Van den Keybus in the all-around final.
On november 4th Luka Van den Keybus finished 20th in the all-around final at the world championships in Liverpool.
On high bar Luka improved his qualification score with more than 6 tenths. She scored 13.366 and found himself in the top 8 halfway the competition. He remained in that position after the floor exercise. He showed good control on his tumbling passes and scored 13.333. Unfortunately Luka lost his momentum on pommel horse. With a score of 10.566, he dropped down 11 places. He finished his competition with a solid routine on still rings that scored 12.800. Luka finished on the 20th place with at total score of 78.264.
Japanese teammates Daiki Hashimoto and Wataru Tanigawa and Chinese Boheng Zhang fought for the medals. The Olympic Champion Hashimoto won the gold medal with a total score of 87.198. Boheng Zhang, last years world champion, finished second and top qualifier Wataru Tanigawa from Japan won the bronze medal.

Tomorrow Nina Derwael and Lisa Vaelen will compete during the first day of apparatus finals at these World Championships. The vault final will start around 15h10 and the uneven bars final around 17h00.
