Jonathan Vrolix started is junior career in 2012, the same year he represented Belgium at the European Junior Championships in Montpellier. The next year, he flew to Utrecht for the European Youth Olympic Festival where he qualified for three individual finals. In 2014, he participated in his second European Championships where, this time, he qualified for two individual finals.

Now almost 19 years old, Jonathan is a senior gymnast, but an ankle surgery kept him from competing this year. He is currently back in training and will fight for a spot on the team that will represent Belgium at the 2015 World Championships in Glasgow later this year.
